Cruisin' on my Bluebird
Any info on Toc Atlas Cycle or Bicycle Comp.
Would be Fantastic.
Looking to find some provenance related to this item .
Thinking possibly early accessory , part or tool
Box. High wheel or Velocipede.
I see “ Hand Bicycles” “Motorcycles” remaining on portion Of this paper tag. M. Gleekman and , M , Champey . Atlas seen . Also “ Of All Kinds “
Box definitely looks to be Early based on all
Characteristics or wood , construction and hardware .
The AAA Emblem may be a later add on related to Auto . Coincidentally this emblem relates to Atlas
Not sure if same as the paper Tag.
If I should be posting in another location , sorry
About this.
Thank you

Since it says Motorcycle under hand bicycle you may find the company in the Motorcycle encyclopedia (see below). Seems post high wheel era.
I my copy is buried behind a ton of boxes from last year's move; hopefully someone here has easy access to their copy.

Thanks Brant
Good idea I will check it out .
Atlas as far as Bicycles does not come up with
Much of anything
Motorcycles may shed some light.
Hand Bicycles throws me off some
Never really heard this terminology for
Something specifically that I am aware of.
Technically describes something that would be early Hand pedal /powered bike / trike . Rather than foot pedal.

I see a early post back on the Cabe looking
For Atlas Bicycle info
Seem to get side tracked with -Atlas manufactured
In India
American based info seems to be scarce

I wonder if it might have said Second Hand...
Dean
Good morning
Second… Hand Bicycles is always a possibility
Gives me another avenue to browse.
Wish a tiny bit more of the label was salvaged.
So hard to tell

Hope all is well out east
Thank you

Hello Brian

That crazy ride in near me , I’ve looked at
It a 100 times , always trying to figure it out. lol
Lotsa of Metal there. Unique for sure.
This was sorta my first impression of Hand Driven
Bike as I started searching .
It is so primitive of a construction and market .
I’m really not sure , I’m hoping to find the association with an Atlas ad.

Thanks for posting.
