Cruisin' on my Bluebird
Here is your chance to have a set of Torrington Dallas bars, they do show their age.
Removed from my 1937 Colson Scout, which was pulled out of a garage in far east Dallas. The bars had been painted over with reflective silver paint, which is 97% removed now to show the patina of decades.
260.00 shipped, conus, insured. Check or money order preferred, paypal if necessary.
These measure 27-1/2" out to out, there are no dents or dings in the bars that I can see, there are numerous scratches, nicks, etc. Some areas of mild surface rust. The maker mark is visible. The knurling is still in good condition and the bars stay secure in a stem. At 27-1/2" overall, they are not the easiest to get a great photo of, if you would like more, please let me know.
A good candidate for refinishing, or leave them as is for a Dallas delivery bike look. I think they look great, I just don't like to ride with them.
First photo is when they were on the bike as I found them.
