Deff was nice to put a face with the name it was nice to meet all the cabers who could make the trip and big thanks to the event coordinators !Eden was a ghost town tho what was the deal with that town?
The Boulevard is an old town section of Eden. It's pretty much dead for business now days since it's off the main road. There are 3 other small towns (Leaksville, Spray, & Draper) that make up Eden which was incorporated in 1967....Eden was a textile mill town with Karastan rugs, Fieldcrest mills and Spray cotton, Now all gone thanks to free trade....It wasn't free for Eden. We do still have several manufacturers including Miller Brewing. Eden is by no means booming but there is a lot more there than you saw on the Boulevard.
