Cruisin' on my Bluebird
A friend of mine is looking at buying this bike, Winchester badged.

Not sure if it is a 26" or 28", looks kind of like a juvenile model.

It does have glue on tires, bent forks, etc.

He asked me the value and I told him the parts are worth more than the whole as it is, however, a guess or two would help.

No idea on the serial number, also, limited on the photos.

I appreciate any help any of you can give.

Looks H.P. Snyder built, because of the D.P. Harris chain ring, (and W. badge).
The apparent 7" cranks might suggest typical adult frame drop bar, DPH called them Camel backs w/o tanks, and Club Deluxe w/ tank, (at 1 time).
Since it is not a balloon tire, perhaps it is earlier 1930's or later 1920's; by this time short frame bikes were standard, tall was the option.
No serial number(?).

First question I asked was about the serial, he didn't have a photo of it. Still waiting to hear on that from him.

I will pass along the information to him though, thank you Archie.
