An Excelsior-built Sears Elgin, with the fairly early bottle-cap or button type badge fastening method, (no screws).
Perhaps refer to early 1920’s Sears catalogs. Not sure if the chrome fenders or the peculiar pedals might also be clues.
Also, note that the paint scheme includes black pin stripes, versus any white accent darts and head tube, etc.
In earlier years, Sears may have offered similar looking bicycles, with different head badges, and different paint schemes, (i.e., colors; darts or pins), among other details.
