Elgin early 1930s Motorbike project NOW PARTING!!!
PARTING!!!!!!!!This is a early 30s Elgin project. You get frame, fork, seatpost, fender braces, NOS fenders, headbadge, everything in the pics. You will see from one of the pics that this bike was blue with white scallops and darts and pinstriping in red/orange. So it was the Bluebird, not the Cardinal like most. It had been painted over in red then black paint...............so it needs a new paint job.
