Next up is an Elgin rack to suit either a Elgin Falcon or Blackhawk.
I recently acquired an (almost) complete Falcon so don’t need this rack anymore.
It’s got worn paint with some rust patches. Nothing to bad and would scrub up well. Another solid candidate for restoring back to its former glory.
