Elgin motorbike. Definitely teens. Original seat troxel. Original head badge. Original paint. Close to a chief Indian paint scheme. Wheels aren’t a match but front wheel does have a white stripe in the center. Rear hub is a new departure model. 20 inch frame. Fenders, crank, handlebars grips all original to the bike. It’s crusty but very nice
