Decent pair of over the fork fenders. Fenders are bare metal sprayed with WD-40 to prevent rust. There is some tar like crap on the inside of the rear fender that needs to be removed. Overall pretty straight with some dents in the rear shown in the picture. These are off of a girl's bike so they have the extra holes for mating up to the skirt guards. The holes would have to be filled in for use on a Twin Bar, but otherwise are correct. No braces.
I would also trade these for a couple of standard Elgin chain guards like the ones pictured. Guards don't have to fit a Twin Bar.
