Elgin serial number?

I have this Elgin that I am putting on eBay and I have a feeling I may be listing it as the wrong year. Can anyone tell what year this would be from?

I bought the bike in pieces and just don’t have the room for it.....and I don’t build bikes....most of the bikes I own came built already.
