Elgin Twin 30/40 frame. Bead blasted to bare metal. Small crack on the downtube non drive side in front the bottom bracket. Small ding on top tube. Fender mounting tab broken off the rack mounting plate. It is included, just needs to be welded back on. Shipping to run $70.
