Elgin twin with old repaint..Has 2/3 of original headshroud ,with the back,removable piece of shroud being fiberglass repo ( by Cabe member Mike)…top tube has small 1“ split in underside of tube,shown in photo with red ruler…fenders not correct for this model…has 2 master links in chain…one rim chrome , one cad plated…repo brake strap holder… has original Lucky 7 seatpost and home made laidback post..

i can take to good local bike shop for shipping…located in Middlesex Cty , NJ…delivery arrangements available..
