Sold Elgin Twinbar frame - *damaged headtube*

Picked up this Twin 20 locally and it broke at the headtube on my first ride. After looking at it closer, it was a previous repair that had been painted over. Now it’s a project I don’t have time for.

The rest of the frame is solid

Usually it’s in the bottom bracket area
