Interesting chain stays, look straight like no widening bow, and also appear to be oval shaped at the bottom bracket crank hanger.

Badge and paint say on/off? Headset not usually seen with that Emblem badge, usually hooded-style top race. Ghost outline for the original badge? Chain adjusters seem to be Emblem/Pierce style with flathead slot. Wonder what finish is under the silver paint on the 2" offset drive pin crankset?
