Ever Seen One Of These?

I thought this was an odd find. I didn't buy it, but took some pictures because I had never seen one. It was quite heavy! I imagine it was some sort of derailleur? I can barely make out the name in one of the pictures.....'Toy.....'?? Wish I had paid more attention. Anyway, it was interesting to me.

Looks like a tumah, or some abnormal growth.....

It's called a Tokheim Speedisc
I have 2 of these in my shop & here's one for sale:

That's some weird stuff. Sort of like a Yankee bike but with the madness on the rear hub instead of the chainrings. I wonder what it feels like to ride one of those things.
