Extra large hub question - cycle truck or?

Wore out three sets of tires already!
Does anyone recognize what these hubs might be? They look a little more beefy than the Bendix Model K, which is placed side by side for comparison. Missing the correct axle too but look like nice hubs.

Bendix hubs that I've seen used on sulkies, carts, and other applications. I also have a few model K hubs that are longer than the standard K.
