This is an original Uncle Sam flag holder that get mounted to a bicycle headtube. Very good. Condition, missing one long bolt. Minor wear as expected. These were reproduced over a decade ago but tjis is a rare original. 9 3/4" tall. I guess from the teens or twenties but would look good on any bike. PM to purchase

Yes, this clearly will fit on a radiator cap of the time period or around a head tube of many bicycles. You need to dig a little deeper; there is at least one bicycle supply company that sold these for bikes and motorcycles.
