Well chris‘s is fairly early and this lemon is october…..so looks to be end of the run maybe they just used “s” bolts till they ran the supply down and just ordered blanks to finish out the run

Yes there is a Legitimate Schwinn built CA 1965 Black J39-1 Blue Band 2 speed in the middle of my line up.
