I’ve accumulated some cool accessories over the years that were made back in the mid 60’s for the Sting-Ray bikes, but I never had this “Header Pipe” made by Bill Matthews until recently.
A longtime good friend offered this NOS unit to me and I’m thrilled to have it.
Never opened and still sealed with it’s stapled header card.
At a price of $6.90 back in the day.
Obviously this header pipe was designed to mount to the top flat portion of the chain guard opposed to the advertisement shown.
Also the end of the pipes are different too.
