A bit of help with ID & value. Have one mostly complete & one with missing/broken forks.
Is this French or Italian?

forecast you shall discover shell to be seventy mm in width and threaded 36.0mm X 24TPI

the San Giorgio brakes come from a maker who goes back well into the interwar period

here are some images of an alloy set of calipers from the manufacturer:

the stem/bar set may be a product of either Schierano or Varese

the chainguard may be from Mazzucchelli -

its centre section snaps in and out much like an automobile hubcap

can think of four possible makers for the chainset but would need more detailed images to narrow it down

the handgrips on the second example are REG brand from manufacturer Rampinelli

will be curious to learn if headsets turn on bearing or bushings - sometimes on smaller/simpler juvenile models they turn on bushings rather than bearings

do not recognize anything on pedals or hubs from the images provided
