A picture would really help in this scenario....I don't think I've seen such a beast but maybe....
 
Going through my stash and thought I would share a couple 1 1/8” seatposts for posterity.

Both very cool proprietary quill designs, the first has a full insert that acts as the quill. The second has a great built in seatpost clamp and built in shim at the center of the seatpost itself.

I found this one which is a close match design-wise, but it is only 1" diameter and the angle is wrong.
There is a kind of frown where the post meets the rail.
It might very well belong on a shorter Crescent frame with different frame geometry.
However, the rail on this is tubular, not solid as described in the catalog page.

I found another 1" with a better angle (rail is parallel to top bar) and decided to fashion a shim to make it work.
This rail is tubular also, not solid as described in the catalog page.

I appreciate the efforts.
I think I'll stick with that one until I find a 1 1/8"-er that matches the design in the illustration.
