Fender brace question

Was Miami cycle & Mfg. the only company using this configuration on the front fender bracing or were there others that used it?

You see the double front brace on mead rangers. I believe schwinn built...or Westfield...don’t know my rangers good enough. But still double front brace.

I just bought this picture on eBay, I'm thinking it looks like Merkel by the frame geometry. It was listed as an Iver. Also has a sweetheart chainring. I'll post better pics when I get it in my hands.

The mead braces swoop up at where it attaches to the axel.

My international stamping fenders, which I believe Miami used have these braces. Can get better pics tomorrow if interested....Yes the mead rangers are different at the bottom.
