Fender details

Ibought a straightbar bike to get the tank but this fender didn't fit. The bike I want to use it on has #E. Could I have wrong fender stays on it? They were held on by screws what does this little diamond tell us? Further if a fender had the tombstone tab @markivpedalpusher

Any chance you can post a picture of the srraightbar frame & the location of the serial number? That will be a big help determining what type of fenders are correct for it

Kickstands was changed. Years ago headset also The chainguard is same type as original.While front fork and fender came off canti -sadly fender would not adapt.Wish I could repair what's missing as easy as they fixed the CABE. THX.

Black fender or blue fender - both line up sans braces. Braces. Raise the back of fender + now front or lower tab no longer contacts tab at kickstands. No numbers on braces I it appears that they need to be shorter.Blue fender is nicer and has larger reliefs where it is "pinched" by frame but. Is pulled even more away when braces are installed

I. Took a hand punch and made new holes to shorten the length of braces. I might true up the wheel before I jam it back into closet. Thanks @REC
