Neither.

From the crappy photo it seems that is a short frame Stingray ??
It has a short tail razor edge rear fender with a chrome brace.

That tells me it’s a very late 63 through 1965 fender.
What is the date code on frame and fork?
The bike looks like a July ‘64 though March ‘65.

Yeah, the Krates never had OEM chrome braces and the 5sp Krate rear fender would have had a riveted on L bracket in the middle
