Fido may need a sidecar

So, my dog Emma likes to run around with me when I'm on my bike - problem is, as she gets older she also likes to stop for breaks, sometimes they get long. Been thinking about a sidecar, something cool that I could strap on the side on my Elgin. What do you have for sidecar designs? If you have somethgin, please share - especially the way the side car is attached to the bike and wheel.

The most important part is the mount. A bicycle sidecar mount must swivel or you will not be able to pedal your bike. The mount is not hard to make
