Thanks for letting me know. This site was recommended to me by a bicycle museum that was too full to take it. Where do you think might be the best place to post it?

bulletin board at work, grocery store bulletin, offer up or fb marketplace.. shipping this would be insanely impractical

Maybe call some physical rehab centers and see if there is any interest. Or physical rehab equipment rental companies.

It has been on Facebook Marketplace for a while with no serious interest. No one in my family works in a place with a bulletin board, and I couldn't tell you the last time I've seen a grocery store bulletin board. Our local area has a lot of lower to middle income and is not into cycling, so the most likely buyer probably lives within one day's drive of the Cleveland area: somewhere in the Chicago- Detroit-Cincinnati-Pittsburgh region.

It's such an old model I can't imagine they would want it. Renting would also ruin its perfect museum condition. I feel like it needs to go to a museum or a business that needs a statement bicycle history piece in their foyer. Before posting here I contacted 3 bicycle museums in my region: 2 were full and 1 never wrote back.

I really think selling that to a Rehab outfit might be the only way to get a few bucks from it. In home rehab outfits that might possibly rent it out to help their clients.
After falling three stories and breaking many bones, I used a Schwinn Exerciser to get back into shape before I could walk again. Both arms still in casts. Borrowed one for two weeks after searching around for someone that had one.

Call Pacific Schwinn and see if they want an Air dyne for their museum. 😉

Thanks! I'll keep that in mind. I just think they wouldn't want such an old bike with analog dials that would probably confuse most younger people. It's also very heavy for them to transport.

When you said "Pacific Schwinn" is that this place? https://www.pacific-cycle.com/

I already had one person in Oregon decline because transporting it that far wouldn't be worth it, so I assume that would be the case for anyone on the Pacific coast.
