First shaft bike, I have questions

Picked this up today. It’s cool. Original paint. Mismatched wheels. No scrub brake. Not sure if the seat is correct. Could not find serial number anywhere.
Anyone know the maker or how to date the bike. Oh and the handle bar has a ding on one side.

The maker is Cleveland the date is 1901 the model is C-1.. btw it has been repainted I see pink body filler inside the cracked paint...the bike is missing it’s gear cover on the rear..the seat looks like a ladies top on a men’s spring support. Possibly had a rear brake

The paint really looks original to me. If you dont mind can you point out the pic with the pink body filler you mentioned?

The down tube with the paint cracks and decal ruminants also a chip.. this has the tell tail sign of bondo...ie the cracked paint.
