I picked up this 1951 green Phantom at the flea market on the 4th of July in Howard City Mi. It had no wheels or seat but I had some at home. Cleaned and greased the crank and fork. Fork key was broke off, removed it, and had a new one cut. Hope to find a suitable Phantom seat on the Cabe or at a swap meet. It is rough but it is the real thing.
