Flyer badged Evans Colson on CL

From the State College, PA CL, a late 50s Flyer badged Evans Colson. The seller has other vintage bikes up now as well.

Does anyone have any info on the Flyer name or how common it is to find a rebadged EC? I've seen a loose BG Flyer badge with the same design, but this is just Flyer.
