My best guess is this is a Colson frame, judging by the round head rear dropout adjusting screws and the large paisley chainring. It's pretty rough and has had some holes drilled, but still showing og paint. This thing would male a killer rat racer. Blade forks, weird threaded stem? I had an old Colson badge and the holes lined up but no longer have the badge...what you see is what you get...PM or email with any interest, I can provide more detailed pics of the drilled areas...
