I believe this dates to 1923. Issues that I see are a broken truss rod bracket and a missing front fender brace and no chain.
There is obvious surface rust and the chain treads are complete toast.
$675 for a local sale - I'll ship for another $75 but I probably won't get to it for a week or so.
