For what it is worth I have done some quick research and the last one in similar condition repainted brought over $1300. on FeePay.

SOLD plus shipping OBO or Looking to trade this original paint Ingo Bike for:
Teens or 1920's 28" wheel Motorbike complete with good original paint, single tube tires and tool box tank OR an entire (original not repop) Whizzer motor kit in running condition everything ready to bolt on and go. Engine, exhaust, pulleys, belts tank hardware etc.

The Ingo looks to me to be complete but is missing some of the scrub brake parts. Not sure how the brake is supposed to function. The stem has been repaired. The wood footboard and rubber tread with the "INGO BIKE" logo are available as reproduction. The rear 28" singletube is soft but blown out on sidewall, front tire is hard sidewalk replacement. Rims and hubs are originals.
