Here I have something I know nothing about, (partsguy might) I bought this from a customer at the scrap yard, said his dad had it from the early 60's. Told it might be an old wire taping device, I don't know. Might work might not. rustjunkie, Thank's a lot, didn't know what it was but I bought it cause I liked it, I paid to much for it but I liked it. Somebody might want it.

It's not worth a lot of money but it is a neat piece. I bet if you take to a flea market next time some hipster kid will go nuts for it! You'd be surprised what 20 and 30-somethings use for "vintage decor"
