Cleaning the garage and came apon this forgot I had it. Could not find a serial number on it yet. Under crank or drop outs. Any Idea what it is and year?
I agree with Rusty-post war Huffman. The serial should tell you the year. Looks like this is a rare racing balloon tire bike--frame has been drilled to lighten it! V/r Shawn
I have had a couple like that in the past that were badged as Hiawatha. I always called them Dayton, but I think that Huffman is correct, although I think there is some association between the two.
Thanks Guys, After looking at other pics it does look like a Huffman, As for the extra holes they seem to be factory to me as they line up on both sides straight across, But just a guess.
