I belive that is a postwar springer. The prewar should have more curvature in the upper part of the legs.

THE '41 SPRINGER LOOKS LIKE THAT. THE POST WAR SPRINGERS ALSO. THE ONLY DIF
IS THAT THE POST WAR STEER TUBE IS ABOUT 3/8 INCH LONGER, AS WELL AS THE TOP OF
THE FORK ARMS AND TRUSS RODS.
