Looks similar to the one I picked up a couple days ago, I was thinking about the same years for this one.....I'll grab the serial sometime this week.

Fork may be Great Western. Nice find!

Nice bike(s). Looks like a 28” wheel frame (first picture). I like that 6-points chain ring sprocket; however, Emblem may have used odd oversized threads on their crank sets and cones.
Note that one is a short frame (18”?), and the TA Rick is a taller frame; (taller badge too). Also, note the seat post insertion height on both bikes.
