FOUND - I'm needing a freewheel removal tool for the Shimano FF system (Front Freewheel system).

After some research it seems these 3 tools can be used to remove the Shimano FF cogs:
Shimano TL-FW20
VAR Freewheel Remover for Splined Tiger, Falcon and old style shimano freewheels (pre 1985)
Bicycle Research CT-4
