Did buy this frame took some more pics and serial number in pics. Need help with identifying it. Has unusual truss rods where they set against the forks. Could it be from the mid Teens?

I believe that @Freqman1 has or had a 1925 as well.
Might be from a 1929–G Westfield taller frame motorbike.
In later 1930, Westfield changed the frame and joint styles.
Looks like a good candidate for applying one of Scott’s repro tall “Indian” head badges.
Save the headset, likely proprietary dimensions and 26 threads per inch.
Not sure if it is just the picture or dirt or optical illusion, but was there any repair on the down tube about 5” away from the bottom bracket or about where a chain guard might attach?
It's rare for me to disagree with @Archie Sturmer , (he did say might be) and the date letter on this bike is a little unclear, so I'm not 100% confident, but I think it's a 1925 C.
For comparison, here's the only 1925 C I have a photo of. Notice the small vertical line at end of the top of the C.
Good stuff. As we can also see, the stamp fonts are different for the number 1 and 4 frame to frame as well. If we focus on the letter font, the width is also very different frame to frame. The humans stamping the BB shells might have had a few sets of dies and certainly different individuals may have been doing the stamping. Scraping for details might not reveal more information, but peering into the head tube with a light may reveal the badge attatchment method.
