Replace the middle tube in the front section, weld in a caliper brake bridge on the seat stays, and weld up the holes for the chain tensioners.

If you want to do that much I would try to find a local frame builder and explain what you want done. If there is a welding repair shop near you would be my second choice. Ask local and look for someone with experience in welding. Roger

I may be able to help but not for a few months. I have a lot on my plate right now. Are you getting it ready for the BMX Roundup in May?
