Fresh find, All American bicycle!

Looks to be all complete, missing a rear rack lense. Color is blue,white, and red. The badge says All America Cwc. Will be a great candidate for an oxalic acid bath. I'd like to find out the year and will get serial number and post it up tomorrow!
