front fork for British (Hercules) 28" wheel

Looking for front fork for a Hercules frame. Other English brands may work.
Must fit 28" (635) wheel, with 9" (or longer) steering tube, English threading.
Faded dark red or maroon a plus.

I might be able to lengthen the steering tube if anyone has a fork that fits the bill in other aspects.

Noooooooooooo!! I tossed a frame and a fork in the scrap iron dumpster last Fall. Sorry!

If you get up this way, I have a frame and fork sitting here that appears to be British and is for 28 inch wheels I believe.
