I will lok but a model c is skip tooth and very early even before balloon tires i believe however i am far from what one would even called knowledgeable on this topic and I took this hub to be postwar

Yes - Model C is early. I am looking for internal parts for a Model C that is on a 1901 Pan American chainless, so I don't care about sprocket, that my wife just gave me for my birthday. Just learning about bicycles myself - I'm a "car guy".
