Good condition wheelset off of Cleveland Welding company early post war. Old repaint. Haven’t checked to see if it comes off easy. Typical chipping on the edges. as well as on the spokes. The mechanics look really good on it. The wheels are better than average for straightness especially considering the age. Under the strip looks real good. I took pics best and worst spots. Spokes all look good nothing is like that painted over rotted stuff that you could break easily. I’d let you know. think you could just throw these on a bike and go.
