Good condition 1962 Schwinn American bicycle. F228187 Original paint is in decent condition. Some scratches on the usual places from years of use. Chrome is clean. Minor flaws but looks clean overall. Front wheel is little pitted see picture. Has some fading on the graphics and does not have a horn. Front light does not stay down on itself it looks like a little clip is broken. Light is untested. Doesn’t look like it will take much to get it going again. On/off switch moves nicely. the light cover stays down if you pinch it a little bit. Rear fender has some decent size dents in it. See pictures. The dents aren’t as bad as it looks in the pictures but it’s worth noting.Tires are in great condition they are modern tires. Bike rides as you would expect. Seems like it had recent tuneup and rode recreationally by a previous owner. Grips looked to be original. Nice clean bike. Will definitely clean up more.
