Hi Shawn,
The front rim is approx. 14-1/4" diameter, with the tire it measures approx. 15-3/4" diameter.

This is a Junior Toy Co. tricycle. The rear step plate and seat top design are positive identifying features.

I don't believe tricycle mfrs ever put weight limits on these older models...usually only gave guidelines on age limits based on an average child's height. They're generally built rugged enough that children would outgrow them long before they could ever outweigh the trike's strength on what it could handle. Same goes with juvenile sized bicycles from the same time period.
