Nice post war Cleveland Welding company, boys three gill starter kit. Found with terrible wheels and chrome parts this is what I could salvage from it. Great project! Everything has an old repaint. It’s a little gritty like they painted over dust and dirt or something. Especially the chain guard. Figured someone would blast it all anyways and start over. Came off a little with goofoff on front fender but would be a long task. Everything is reasonably straight. Only thing that really needs attention is the bent right fork blade see pictures. Fork also has a wedge stuck in the steering tube. Fenders are really nice especially the tails. The front tab on the rear fender is a little rough but I feel it is still usable with a good size washer see pictures..was pulled through when found. Braces are a little wavy but still usable. Tank is straight and solid with no signs or rot. Missing the horn and fasteners. Frame looks good no signs of welds or repairs. Chain guard is gritty and would need the rear hole drilled out nothing major see pictures. Headset moves freely bb cups are usable. No attempt was made to remove the chain adjusters. Missing the rods but includes the top bracket. Serial number is not visible painted over completely. Badge is painted over.
