Original condition rear carrier for CWC Cleveland Welding company tall tank bicycle. 1940 to 1941 models?. It was originally blue paint but it’s almost all gone from what I can tell. Reasonably straight with a slight sway to the top of it. One of the front clips for mounting to the seat post bolt is missing see pictures. Has some electronics remaining in the rear but it’s definitely seen better days. The rivets for the legs are both sound. The legs don’t have any unintentional bends to them. Underside has some pitting nothing is even close to being rusted through or shot. has the original bolts still in place for the lenses. original switch is still there.
