Not 100% sure what this frame is. My guess it’s a Shelby built by CWC?

*Cleveland welding company frame (thanks guys!) Good solid frame. has an old repaint. Looks like house paint. Some chips some flakes little bit of rust. Nothing looks rotten or pitted in the least. Includes all the hardware that’s pictured including the chain adjusters seat post bolt seat Post shims cups and head badge screws. Looks like the original paint was dark red and dark blue. everything looks good usable. Heads to the chain adjuster bolts are wicked chewed up. threads are still good. See picture. Very cool! It's the earlier CWC double bar roadster frame with narrow gap between the top & mid tube. I'd be all over this if I didn't have one waiting it's turn to ride again.
