Cleveland Welding company fork. Came off of a 1938 ladies bicycle. Profile fits various models late 30s early 40s. Hardware is rough I would upgrade some of it but at least it comes with something. The races are pretty worn. See pic. Fork itself is pitted in spots but I think it’s still usable. Old red repaint that’s flaking off. Does not include rods or bracket.
