Nice working Jos Lucas ltd Birmingham England king of the road odometer. Works great spins easily. Little surface rust on bracket but not bad. Lens is very clear. No hazing or signs of interior moisture. Spoke striker threads as it should. Slight rust. Nice accessory to keep track of how awesome you are. Does it have a marking telling you if it's for 26" or 28" wheels?

They were only available for imperial size wheel/tyre combos.
You would have to measure the overall diameter of a British 26" wheel (with the tyre fitted) then compare it to a 559 wheel (with the tyre fitted) and see how far out the reading might be.

Of its age, It could be EA1 597 ISO size, the tallest of the 26" range. I checked the 39' catalog and it doesn't specify. M26 model just says its for 26" wheels.

Riddle me this.... Is the bolt 24 or 26 tpi?
If it is 26 tpi I will take it...
